About Hoot Health
Hoot Health is a fast-growing marketing automation platform built specifically for specialty healthcare practices. We help doctors grow their premium service lines—such as premium IOLs in cataract surgery—by increasing conversion through smart automation and content-driven engagement.
We started in Optometry and are now expanding into new verticals with the launch of our latest SaaS platform. That’s where you come in.
About the Role
We’re looking for a National Account Executive who knows how to sell into specialty healthcare practices. This is a high-impact role focused on new business development and closing deals with practices in Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and more.

What You’ll Do

Sell a proven SaaS product that helps doctors increase revenue from premium services like cataract IOLs, dry eye treatments, and aesthetics

Prospect, pitch, and close new business with specialty practices across the U.S.

Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed agreement

Run targeted email campaigns using HubSpot and Instantly

Host monthly webinars to educate prospects and generate warm leads

Deliver engaging product demos and consultations to doctors and staff

Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close deals efficiently
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sales experience selling into Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or other specialty practices (required)

Proven ability to sell to physicians and office staff in private-pay environments

Solid understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and patient engagement tools

Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills

Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of leads

Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools)

Must be based in the U.S.
