Job Description
We’re seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, primarily doctors, to enhance their specialty care marketing efforts. Your role involves ensuring customers excel in utilizing our marketing automation platform, sales processes, and tools, including Hootsuite integration for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Guide new customers through the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and effective usage.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training and resources for customers to master platform features, sales processes, and Hoot integration for optimal specialty care marketing.
- Account Management: Maintain open communication with customers, understanding their needs, and driving marketing goal achievement. Proactively address challenges.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships by aligning solutions with their business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor customer engagement and performance metrics, offering insights for campaign improvement.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective issue resolution.
- Product Enhancement: Collect and share customer feedback to refine the platform and introduce valuable new features.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in healthcare marketing or SaaS.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, especially specialty care treatments and marketing challenges.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing sales processes and tools.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
