The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll identify and acquire new clients in the healthcare sector (doctors & medical practices) and nurture existing relationships to drive adoption of Hoot’s platform. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify potential clients using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to address specific client needs and challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the platform.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position Hoot as the best healthcare marketing automation solution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or marketing technology. (Experience in Eye Care or Ophthalmology is a plus)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and medical practice operations (a plus).

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have knowledge of writing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot
