How Hoot Works

The whole journey runs through the one screen every patient already trusts — their text thread. Videos proactively address the Financial, Emotional and Clinical questions — removing friction to START on therapy.

Before day one

The Setup

Hoot creates a series of videos featuring the doctor’s own recording, a live KOL, or the doctor’s AI clone — then loads them into the Hoot Adaptive Journey Platform. That’s it. The infrastructure is in place for Doctors, Hospitals and Pharma to deploy at scale, as below.

In the room

Enroll the patient in one scan.

Before the patient leaves, the doctor or staff hands them a branded card. The patient scans the QR code and replies YES — enrollment is done. Nothing for staff to chase.
