Know immediately when a patient watches their pre-consultation video, clicks through to learn more, or has not opened their message, so your team can act at exactly the right moment.
Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging is now available alongside standard SMS, enabling practices to send branded, interactive patient messages with read receipts, clickable action buttons, and embedded video previews directly in the native messaging app. Powered by Twilio, delivery automatically falls back to SMS for devices that do not support RCS.
The Messaging Center gives practice staff a unified inbox for all patient communications sent through Hoot. Instead of tracking patient responses across separate SMS threads, every outbound video message and patient reply now lives in one organized, searchable hub, making follow-up faster and nothing falls through the cracks.
